This policy describes how Khal Dbrookwood ("we") handles information in connection with our community text-messaging service.

Information we collect

When you join a group we store your mobile phone number, the display name provided for you, and the groups you belong to. The service processes the text messages you send to a group in order to deliver them to the group's members.

How we use information

Your information is used solely to operate the messaging service: delivering group messages, identifying senders to other members of the same group, and honoring your membership choices. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging providers we use to deliver messages on our behalf.

Your choices

You may leave any group at any time by replying STOP or #LEAVE to a group message, and you may ask us to delete your information entirely by contacting us. Reply HELP or #HELP to any message for assistance.

Retention

Membership records are kept while you belong to a group and are removed when you leave or when the group is closed.
